Abstract
The Vanuatu Climate Futures Portal is a gateway to climate information services and tools, providing users with the science, mapping, data, videos and other resources to plan their ad-aptation actions. The web portal will be the primary operational tool used by VMGD to tailor national and pro-vincial climate change projections to support planning, resilient development and climate change adaptation in Vanuatu. It includes sector case studies for Agriculture, Fisheries, Tourism, Infrastructure and Water to demonstrate how updated Vanuatu Climate Change projections using CMIP5 and CMIP6 model outputs are utilized by climate sensitive sectors to underpin decisions
